We meet Beth online (Facebook) a while back , we are looking to move from California to the Prosper area . We came by ourselves a few times but we really didn’t know the area, we knew what schools to put our kids in but didn’t know the neighborhood. Once we meet Beth we told her what we’re looking for and specific schools. She sent us emails mostly daily with properties, we narrow to a few and on one of our trips here we asked her to give us a day so we could go house searching. Once we meet in person she had already houses ready to look, we went to see them and as we saw them she got a feel for what we were really looking for , at the end of the day we found the right house in the correct location. We then gave her the green light to get us this house , after some negotiation on her part we got the house !!!
