Over the past two weeks I worked with first-time buyers right here in North Texas, and what started as an overwhelming search turned into one of the most rewarding closings I've been part of. Here's how it happened and what every renter in DFW needs to hear right now.

This level of incentive will not last forever. When builder inventory tightens back up, so do the deals.
